Kizaru is the nickname for the man named Borsalino, also an Admiral for the Marines. He looks strikingly older than the aforementioned two Admirals, wearing distinct lines on his face, although he keeps a ‘hippy’ personality around him and tries to play down his age with a funny demeanor and by wearing a pair of sunglasses.
He is constantly seen in a yellow striped-down shirt, with the Marine coat hanging over his shoulders, and is laid-back and easygoing in nature.
Kizaru has eaten the Pika Pika no mi, which gives him the power to control light, or more specifically, to wield light as a weapon. He can also turn his body into light, giving him the ability to travel as fast as light and reach a destination in the blink of an eye, as well as attacking his enemies with a laser-like beam which usually results in an explosion.
In addition, he can wield a kind of ‘light-sword’, which he used against Silver Rayleigh in their fight on the Shabondy Archipelago.
Easter egg: Kizaru also has a presence in the history of One Piece, having appeared thirteen years and eleven years prior to the beginning of One Piece respectively. He also has a part in the Fisher Tiger arc, where he defeated a raging Arlong and subsequently imprisoned him.
